A big congratulations and a job well done to the Knights baseball team. Today they beat Nestucca 8-2. They will advance to the second round and play Umpqua Valley Christian in Roseburg on Wednesday. Send off tomorrow at 1 pm.

To kick off the home playoff baseball game versus Nestucca today, there will be a send off. Come out and cheer for the Knights. The baseball team will be heading around town beginning at 1:30. The map is included.

A big congratulations to two of our doubles tennis teams and coaches Katrina VanderPloeg and Stacie Johnson for their role in getting these ladies to state. Alexis Ewing and Samantha Yates as well as Claire and Leah Mueller will play in Corvallis next weekend. In addition Head Coach Katrina VanderPloeg is Special District 4 Coach of the Year!


Congratulations to Track and Field athlete Sanyana Felipe! Sanyana placed 3rd in both the 1,500m and 3,000m run during the OSAA Track + Field State Championships. 🏅
Sanyana also broke the standing school records for several running events in the 23-24 season. Keep up the great work!! 🌟

Congratulations to the tennis players who played at Districts in Prineville today. Alex played for 5th play and our two sets of doubles players (Claire and Leah and Alexis and Sam) will face off this afternoon. Both pairs of double players will advance to state. Go Knights!!


Students who did not have any tardies to class were entered into a drawing. Congratulations to Mason who won a new mountain bike and to Austin who won a new tv.



Congratulations to the Knights baseball team who will host the Nestucca Bobcats in the first round of playoffs. The time of the game is 4 pm. Come out and support the Knights baseball team! Reminder, because this is a playoff game the price to spectate will be $10 for adults and $6 for students. TICKETS WILL HAVE TO BE PURCHASED ONLINE. Stay tuned for additional information. Sanyana Felipe placed 3rd at state track with a time of 11:07.80. She broke the current school record of 12:09. Congratulations Sanyana!!!

The annual Senior Graduation Walk is coming soon. Join us to cheer on the Class of 2024.


Tomorrow at 9:50 am, IJSHS will send off four track athletes to compete at state. The fire department will lead the sendoff. The route is attached. Good luck athletes!
